Overview

Groundscout is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to leveraging trustworthy technology and data to address contested issues in conflict-affected areas and divided communities.

Groundscout’s mission is to create collaborative ecosystems in which compelling evidence of bias-motivated violence and human rights abuses—instigated, committed, or sanctioned by terrorist groups and governments—prevents further atrocities and brings perpetrators to justice. Working with journalists, researchers, activists, campaigners, policymakers, and government actors, Groundscout mobilizes situation-specific responses to conflict.
