  • Creates marketing plans and promotions for initiatives, projects, and activities at the CIE
  • Executes goals and strategies identified in strategic planning as they pertain to recruitment, promotion, communication, and outreach for the entrepreneurship programs (e.g., entrepreneurship major, minor, graduate certificate)
  • Primary point of contact for entrepreneurship graduate certificate
  • Defines and develops measurement models to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Tracks metrics and prepares reports for leadership.
  • Manages the production and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, posters, invitations, programs and other forms of advertising) for the Center.
  • Develops relationships with vendors as necessary to develop and implement the Center’s marketing plan.
  • Builds relationships with external and internal stakeholders to encourage growth and effectiveness of programs and activities.
  • Advises the Center about communication tools, messages, and approaches to marketing initiatives.
  • Conducts market research and develops strategies to enhance effectiveness of programs and activities.
  • Serves as the liaison between the Center, the school’s marketing support and various organizations, groups, or vendors.
  • Stays abreast of current projects and publications, as necessary, to produce appropriate marketing materials.
  • Provides support to planning and implementing of the Center’s events.
  • Creates copy and information distributed on the various communication tools
  • Proofs and edits deliverables according to established guidelines.
  • Generates brochures, posters, invitations, programs and other forms of advertising to promote the organization and its services.
  • Provides marketing advice and direction to assist in promoting programs and events.
  • Performs similar or related duties as assigned or required.
