Location: Oxford, MS/ Hybrid

Hours: Up to 10 hours per week, flexible schedule

Compensation: Unpaid (Benefits include optional class credit, occasional jewelry, and valuable experience)

At Link with Wink Jewelry, we are seeking a motivated Social Media/Marketing Intern to assist with creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram, managing direct messages, generating new content ideas, and supporting occasional photo shoots.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish engaging TikTok videos and Instagram posts on a weekly basis to promote our brand and products.
  • Assist in managing direct messages and engagement on social media platforms.
  • Brainstorm and contribute fresh ideas for expanding our social media reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute occasional photo shoots for new collections or special promotions.
  • Help with backend tasks such as scheduling posts, analyzing engagement metrics, sending pitches, and maintaining content calendars.
  • Attend at least one weekly event (in-person) to capture content for social media purposes. Social media editing may be done remotely!
  • Public relations work including event details and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Passion for social media, digital marketing, and the jewelry industry.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram platforms and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Must be able to commit at least 10 hours per week to the internship.
