For more than a century, the Sullivan Foundation has recognized and supported students who demonstrate exceptional leadership and a commitment to service. We cultivate changemakers through scholarships, leadership programs, and community partnerships.
We’re seeking a motivated student who wants to learn more about foundation work and make a meaningful impact. This role offers hands-on experience in a mission-driven environment, with opportunities to create content, collaborate on events, and contribute to projects that support student leadership and service.
Key Responsibilities

Design print and digital assets (flyers, one-pagers, social graphics) using Adobe Illustrator (and the rest of Adobe CC as needed).

Develop creative storytelling for our social media channels (draft captions, create reels/shorts, schedule posts, track performance).

Assist with website content updates and basic layout edits (no coding required).

Support event and program communications (email drafts, sign-ups, run-of-show materials, on-site help as needed).

Conduct light research on partner schools, student stories, and service initiatives.

Maintain brand consistency and organize creative files and content calendars.
Ideal Qualifications

Current undergraduate or graduate student with strong Adobe Illustrator skills.

Portfolio or samples that show strong visual design and storytelling.

Familiarity with social media best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook).

Clear, concise writing; great attention to detail and deadlines.

Self-starter who’s collaborative, curious, and eager to learn about philanthropy/nonprofits.

Bonus: experience with Canva, Lightroom/Premiere, basic photography or short-form video.
