Marketing & Content Intern – Our Primal 5 (Oxford, MS)

Our Primal 5 is a self-care workbook designed to help individuals reconnect with the five foundational pillars of well-being: sleep, sunlight, movement, social connection, and mindful consumption. In today’s fast-paced world, these simple behaviors are often overlooked. Our mission is to bring people back to the basics—building healthier, more intentional lives.

We’re seeking a creative and self-driven intern to support content planning, digital marketing, and brand development efforts for Fall 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging content for social media that highlights the five pillars of Our Primal 5

  • Support brand awareness efforts and help build our presence in the wellness space

  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Instagram and our website

  • Track engagement metrics and market trends to inform content strategy

  • Provide administrative and organizational support for ongoing projects

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in wellness, behavior change, or content marketing

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools

  • Ability to manage time independently and meet deadlines

  • Available to work 5–10 hours per week
