Social Media Intern – Cane’s Baseball and Softball (Oxford, MS)
Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 Semesters
Cane’s Baseball and Softball, a local youth league in Oxford, is seeking creative and motivated interns to support our social media efforts for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 seasons.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and posting engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.

Capture and share highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and player spotlights to help create lasting memories for players and families.

Attend practices and local tournaments to gather photos, videos, and conduct player interviews.

Collaborate with coaching staff and league coordinators to maintain a consistent brand voice and message.
Qualifications:

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in interviewing youth athletes.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Must be able to commit 10–15 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule:

Approx. 10 hours per week (flexible based on class schedule)

Attendance at practices (2x/week, 5–7 PM)

Coverage of local weekend tournaments
