Overview

Ducks Unlimited NHQ has an opening for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist.  This role will deliver compelling digital advertising campaigns (Google, Bing, Facebook, YouTube, et al.) to grow our membership, increase donations, drive engagement, and deliver advertising inventory to our ad sales team across web, mobile, and social.  The position will report to the Director of Digital Marketing. The position will be in Memphis, TN, at the corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new member and donor acquisition for DU through digital paid advertising to increase online revenue while also maintaining and growing relationships with current members and donors through all digital channels
  • Collaborate with Direct Response Team to implement acquisition, fundraising, and renewal campaigns across all digital channels
  • Maintain digital promotional calendar
  • Maximize ROAS of paid traffic through analysis, strategy, and creative techniques
  • Manage paid search, social, and display ad campaigns
  • Manage bids, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, and campaign expansion
  • Employ analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to manage campaigns effectively and efficiently
  • Develop and deliver presentations and performance reports; meet regularly with stakeholders to share insights, innovative ideas, and channel reporting
  • Actively monitor and share industry news, online marketing trends, industry tools, and internal cross-team key learnings
  • Perform research to identify new opportunities for expanding and refining digital advertising
  • Oversee creation, implementation, and tracking of all push notifications through the Ducks Unlimited Mobile App

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience driving online traffic through digital ad campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or Microsoft Advertising
  • Search marketing knowledge/experience, including retargeting & segmentation
  • Proficiency in advertising with Google, Facebook, Microsoft, etc.
  • Comprehensive data analysis and problem-solving skills; able to draw conclusions and devise strategic recommendations based on findings
  • Experience with web tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Adventive, ClickUp, etc.
  • Basic copywriting abilities
  • Image manipulation (Affinity/Photoshop) and Figma Mockup experience a plus
  • Experience managing a digital advertising budget and working with digital advertising teams/agencies for marketing campaigns
  • Experience in outdoor and/or conservation industry is considered a plus
